With a degree in Human-Centered Design and Engineering (HCDE) from the University of Washington, I’ve developed the skills to solve complex problems by prioritizing user experience, integrating research with design, and making data-driven decisions.

My educational background, combined with hands-on experience across diverse industries from helping my mom run a sandwich shop to working in merchant services, accounting, and IT has shaped strong soft skills and a deep empathy for customer needs.
